I had a decent stay at the Residence Inn in Waco. The staff were genuinely welcoming, making me feel at home. My room was spacious with a fully equipped kitchen, which I appreciated for preparing meals. The indoor pool was clean, and the breakfast options were fresh every morning. However, I encountered some noise issues. I could hear conversations in the hallway and sounds from the outside that disrupted my sleep. The elevator felt cramped, especially when carrying luggage. Overall, while the positives stood out, better soundproofing and improved elevator space would enhance the experience.

Indoor pool surprise delight
The indoor pool was a fantastic spot to relax after a day of exploring. The staff, especially Stacia at the front desk, made us feel very welcome.
A little more attention to soundproofing would have made a big difference.

The One-Bedroom King Apartment was spacious, which was great for our group. The kitchen area with a full fridge and oven was a nice touch. we really appreciated the flexibility of cooking our meals. Bed was comfy enough for a good night's sleep. The only downside was the overall wear and tear in the room. Some areas felt dated, and could use a refresh. Also, the sofa bed wasn't ideal for comfort, so keep that in mind if you have extra guests.

Interactions with the staff were a highlight, especially with Riccardo and Jasmine, who were friendly and professional. The location was convenient for visiting various attractions, and the grounds and room were well-maintained. The breakfast was satisfactory, although a bit unremarkable. However, the check-in experience could be enhanced with friendlier staff interactions. Overall, it felt very much like home, and I would return.
